We here at Teton Mountain Bike Tours are still Fat Biking.  This winter as been the year to fat bike!  More clients than ever before have experienced the spectacular scenery of Grand Teton National Park on our guided fat bike tours. No other experience compares to riding a bike this time of the year in the park . Snow in the mountains, wild life galore, and a special solitude is experienced  before the summer season begins.  Snow, dirt, pavement and maybe even a little mud,  fat bikes are made to ride it all.  Whether you are an experienced biker or have not been on a bike in years , a fat tire and a comfortable seat will provide you with a super fun ride!

Spring Riding

While the spring skiing has been variable, the early biking season has been a thrill! Fat bikes, road bikes, and mountain bikes, people are out everywhere on their bikes. The local roads and pathways have been cleared and swept. Outlying roads are now mostly dry and people are biking the pass. (Someone was spotted riding a fat bike on Teton pass!) The latest biking update?! Grand Teton Park road has been cleared and the road is now open for biking (no car traffic – Yea!) for the month of April.

Whether you are local or visiting, come by and see us for a bike rental to enjoy a great ride in the park. We have fat bikes, road bikes, and hard tail mountain bikes. Also, we have kids bikes, burly trailers, and trail a bikes so the whole family can ride. Need a way to get the bikes there? We rent car racks and our staff can help you mount and load the rack at no additional charge.  Every bike rental includes a helmet for both kids and adults. Maps, water bottles, tubes, and other extras you need to complete your ride – TMBT has it!
